Position title: MEL Specialist
Workplace: Hanoi, with domestic travels
Term: 30 months
Reports to: Chief of Party (of an USAID funded program)
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist will serve as a key technical staff
supporting the award in monitoring, evaluation and reporting the quality, relevance, and impact of activities under a program funded by USAID which focus on supporting services and policies for people with disabilities. Under the leadership of Chief of Party (COP), the M&E Specialist will help monitor the award performance in accordance with the terms of the award.
This position will report directly to COP. MEL Specialist will play an important role in helping the award to ensure the timely and accurate collection of critical program data and the routine application of data to continuous quality improvement of activities in intervened areas. MEL Specialist also supports to disseminate key achievements, enhance sustainable local ownership over the course of this award.
